We are very sorry that you have received a damaged or faulty item. Of course you can return the item within the legally-prescribed returns period.
Please send us an email with the following information:
- Your customer number
- Your invoice number
- The item name and number
- A short description of the issue
- Two to three clear photos
We will check the photos as soon as possible. You will receive a response by email.
Unfortunately it is not possible to choose a replacement for a faulty item. Please return this to us and a refund will be issued.
You will usually receive your refund to the originally-chosen payment method. The exceptions are pre-payment and cash on delivery. For these, we will need your bank details.
Have you not received the credit for your return yet? You should receive the amount once we have received the returned item, within 3-5 working days. Please get in touch with our Customer Service if this is not the case. Our colleagues will deal with your concern as soon as possible.
