FAQ Order

You can check the status of your order in your customer account in the ‘orders’ section. If you placed your order as a guest, this service is unfortunately not available. In either case you will receive an email confirmation from us when your order is dispatched.
For technical reasons, an order can only be cancelled if it was paid for using pre-payment. Alternatively, you have the option to refuse the delivery or to send the order back within 30 days.
Unfortunately it is only possible to make changes to orders placed using pre-payment as a payment method. In our quick delivery process, the order is sent directly for processing and packing after the order has been placed. At this point, it is no longer possible to make changes. We ask for your understanding.
